Corrections Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
We want every fact on monukeer.com to be right. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.
How to report an error
Use the form on our Contact page. Please include:
-
the link to the post
-
the sentence you think is wrong
-
if you can, a link to an official source (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI, RBI or a company filing)
What happens next
-
We aim to review every report within 2 working days.
-
If a fact is wrong, we aim to correct the post within 2 working days of confirming the error.
-
Serious errors are fixed first, as soon as we confirm them. These include a wrong number, date, price band, record date or regulatory status.
How a correction looks
We do not quietly rewrite posts. When we correct a fact, we add a dated note at the end of the post, for example:
"Correction (24 October 2026): An earlier version of this post gave the wrong record date. It has been corrected."
Spelling or formatting fixes that do not change a fact are made without a note.
Updates are not corrections
When a developing story changes, for example after a new exchange circular, we add a dated "Update" note instead of a correction note.
What we never do
We do not remove a correction note once it is added, and we do not edit a post to hide a mistake.
News & education only. Not investment advice or buy/sell recommendations.
